Case Study

 

An experienced Cisco telephony partner was asked to quote on a small UCCX deployment for an existing customer, but had limited experience in contact centers.

 

Force 8 was asked to own the job for a fixed price.

 

Working closely with the partner PM, the F8 engineer was present at the sales pitch - representing the partner as a Subject Matter Expert.

In addition we:

 

  • attended the requirements workshops

  • configured the entire UCCX system

  • sat in on the User Acceptance Tests 

  • taught the Agents and Supervisors

  • floor-walked on the go-live day

  • spent time with the partner engineers explaining the technical aspects of the build

  • wrote the 'As built' document 

 

During many key phases of the project, the partner had a young graduate that was mentored by the F8 engineer to gain invaluable fast-tracked real-world experience.
