A Cisco gold partner had won a contract for a multi million dollar, 100+ server UCCE project, but the partner's Technical Lead Engineer decided to leave at a critical part of the project.

 

The Cisco partner did not have another staff member to immediately "fill the gap".

 

Luckily, an F8 engineer was available and stepped in with 1 weeks notice and chaired the next critical stakeholder meeting with Directors and Senior Project Managers from both the Cisco partner and the Contact Centre owner.

 

The project was immediately back on track.

 

The F8 engineer worked closely with the Project Managers, Deployment Engineers, Business Analysts and Telephony Engineers, and the Cisco partner was able to relax and take their time finding a new Full time Technical Lead Engineer.
